History of the farm:




In the 50's, Philip moved here from Eaton and began farming with his brothers. That was the beginning of our Schnorr Farms. His son Phil worked with him on the farm after completing his masters degree at UNC. Phil ran the operation after his father's death in the elate 80's. Phil's son Chris grew up farming with his grandfather and father, and with his father's passing in 1998, took the reins as the Current president of Schnorr farms.




About the current president



Chris has accomplished a lot as the president of Schnorr Farms. He has diversified the variety of crops and services offered while expanding the acreage that is farmed. He has also been recognized for his conservation efforts from the Fort Collins Soil Conservation District, awarded by the Jaycees with the Outstanding Young Farmer Award, and he received the disguised Master Agriculturalist award from the Fort Collins Rotary Club. He believes hard work will produce the high quality product that he is known for. His love for the earth, and farming, is being passed on to his three children.
